- We will reach out to arrange a 15-minute scoping call to establish the infrastructure footprint, assessment scope, and engagement boundaries
Formalize Confidentiality
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed before initiation of review. Either party’s standard NDA may be used. No infrastructure information is accessed before confidentiality terms are in place
Provision Access and Confirm Engagement
- Upon NDA execution, required prerequisites are shared, and temporary, scoped access is provisioned. A secure payment link is issued via email to confirm engagement and authorize assessment commencement
Deliver Findings and Conduct Review
- A structured assessment report is delivered within the agreed timeline covering architectural gaps, performance risks, and cost exposures, followed by a review session to walk through findings and direction
